How to:
Step #1 | Order a natural bristle brush with a long handle. The long handle allows you to reach all areas of your body. You want to avoid synthetic brushes.
Step #2 | Remove clothing and stand in bathtub or shower to catch all falling dead skin.
Step #3 | Be sure to dry brush while your skin is dry (before shower). Do not wet the skin or the brush.
Step #4 | Begin the dry brushing process from the bottom (your feet.) Move the brush along your skin in long strokes, moving towards your heart. You typically want to go over with 2-3 passes. Brush in a clockwise motion on your stomach. Stroking away from your heart can cause ruptured vessels or varicose veins. So just be careful.
