Mac Fix+ – The OG of all setting sprays. LOL. This setting spray has been around for YEARS & YEARS and its been a repurchase and probably always will be. Mac Fix + was probably the first setting spray I have ever tried and I still use to this day. I don’t use it as much as an all over spray anymore but I love to use to “foil” my eyeshadow. This means I spray my eyeshadow brush with Fix+ and then dip my brush into a shimmer eyeshadow. This process is called foiling and it creates the eyeshadow to not only stay longer throughout the day but also provides the pigment of the shadow to be more noticeable. Such a great makeup tip! It helps your eyeshadow stay put and not crease.
Morphe’s Continuous Setting Spray – If I had to chose one setting spray, this probably would be it!! It’s that good. There’s just something about it, It might be the continuous setting mist. Its great for setting your makeup. Its a continuous spray so no area of your face gets missed and it also is such a light mist that it covers nicely and doesn’t spray too much and ruin your makeup. Another positive note – its only $16!! Pretty inexpensive and provides a radiant finish!
Farsali Rose Gold 24k Skin Mist – This one is on the more expensive side but it is definitely worth it, in my opinion. This setting spray is infused with gold flakes and roseship seed oil for a hydrating and dewy finish. This product says its for all skin types but I don’t think it would work well with oily skin. It might be too dewy for oily skin. While the gold flakes create a natural radiant glow, the rosehip provides hydration.
Lilah B. Aglow Hydrating + Setting Face Mist – Setting spray that is infused with lavender (so dreamy) and is enriched with skin-conditioning botanicals to either set makeup or refresh as well as hydrate your skin. This setting spray gives a nice and light mist and leaves your skin looking dewy and glowy! Definitely will be a repurchase of mine! It is on the pricer side – great option for a more luxe skin mist. This mist sets your makeup flawlessly!! I’m obsessed. I also think that this spray would works for almost all skin types, if not all.
