Before we jump into Holiday Content, I thought I would share this year’s family costumes as a reference for anyone wanting to use it for next year’s costume. We did a version of DIY costumes aka simple and easy to put together. These outfit inspirations could be used for a Mickey or Minnie Mouse party theme or Disney inspiration outfits.
I did two versions of Minnie Mouse – Glam & Casual. Whichever you want to be haha and depending on the occasion. For Glam Minnie, I wore a black dress by Astr the Label, Black pumps, and a pair of Minnie Mouse ears. I stuck with black and red colors. For a casual look, there are endless options of a Minnie Mouse Disney shirt. You can shop retailers like the Disney store, H&M, Forever 21, and Target. The shirt I wore was only like $12 and great quality. It had a velvet icon on the front of the t-shirt. In true mom fashion, I paired it with Lululemon leggings and my favorite Tory Burch sandals. lol Super casual and perfect fo Trick or Treating if you were to go out. Or throw some tennis shoes on.
For the guys, Chris wore all black and I bought him a Mickey Mouse accessory kit with Skeleton Ears and hands to wear for photos. I planned on doing DIY on Luke’s Mickey Mouse costume however he liked the Skeleton Mickey outfit that came with hands at the Disney Store.
